Resources across the casino collaborated to ensure readiness for training and go-live, making it the most complete installation we’ve been involved in. The Slot Department trained staff to operate proficiently. All machine and part data was imported into SlotTrak. Machines and the part room were QR-coded, and pricing and inventory levels were accurate.
