Volante Software announces the go-live of its SlotTrak Progressive Module at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, saving several hundred-man hours by eliminating manual processes involved in collecting progressive meter readings.

Volante Software, a technology company dedicated to creating software solutions for the gaming industry, has successfully deployed the Progressive Module of its SlotTrak casino software solution at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment.
SlotTrak’s Progressive Module allows users to benefit from centralized collection, management, and reporting of all progressive and meter data from a single system. Interestingly, it is one of only two products available right now for taking progressive meter readings. By helping eliminate time consuming manual processes, the system saves hundreds of hours and cuts expenses for organizations.

SlotTrak utilizes an easy to populate iOS application, allowing casinos to enter progressive information for all the progressives on their floor. Meter readings can be taken easily just by attaching machine configurations from the Slot File module.

“Knowing when my daily readings are complete, knowing my daily progressive liability immediately following, changes from my last reading(s), knowing my outliers and completing my front and back-end processes all occur within 1-2 hours. The efficiency of our new process is absolutely incredible,” James added.
